Notes:

1. Fabulous Moolah defeated Judy Grable in a tournament final. She was recognized as champion by
the NWA after June Byers retired in January of 1964.

2. The WWF withdrew from the NWA in 1983 and bought the rights of the women's world titles from
Moolah. The Fabulous Moolah continued to be recognized as the WWF World Women's Heavyweight Champion.

3. The Fabulous Moolah wins the title as the masked Spider Lady, then unmasks after the match.

4. The title was then vacated in 1990 and then became inactive.

5. Alundra Blayze dfeated Heidi Lee Morgan in a tournament final for the title.

6. The title was vacated in December of 1995 when Balyze was fired from the WWF. The title became
inactive in January of 1996.

7. Jacquline defeated Sable for the title.

8. Debra McMichael was defeated by Nicole Bass, who was subsituting for Sable in an evening
gown match. WWF Commissioner, Shawn Michaels, says in his view, that Debra McMichael was
the winner of an evening gown match when she was stripped of the evening gown first.

9. Miss Kitty defeated Ivory, Jacquline, and Miss B.B. in a four-way Evening Gown match for the title.

10. Hervina is Harvey Whippleman, a man, dressed in disguise.

11. Ivory defeated Lita, Jacquline, and Trish Stratus in a four-way match to win the title.

12. Title vacated in June of 2001 when Chyna leaves the WWF. Trish Stratus defeated Ivory, Jacquline, Jazz, Mighty Molly, and Lita in a "sixway" match to win the title.

13. Trish Stratus pinned Jazz in a mixed tag team match to win the title. The tag team match was Trish Stratus and Buh-Buh Ray Dudley vs. Jazz and Steven Richards.

14. Trish Stratus defeated Victoria and Jazz in a three-way match to win the title.

15. Won a battle royal to win the title. Featuring Jazz, Ivory, Trish Stratus, Victoria, Jacqueline, and Molly Holly.
